I accept and fully understand the following ; 


1. Although a number of loan laptops are available to students to facilitate delivery of the course, it is recommended students bring their own laptop which they can log into. If students do not bring a laptop there is no guarantee one will be available. It is also recommended that students have access to a laptop outside the delivery of the course to improve learning outcomes and their computer skills. 

2. Loan laptops are available on a first come first serve basis. 

3.To facilitate delivery of some courses an office 365 account may be set up for the student and they may be given their own email address and password, which they must not change.

4. The course administrator can and may log into the student office 365 at anytime to insert resources and or make changes to the students files to improve learning outcomes and to monitor student progress.

5. Full payment is required on registration for all classes unless a prior agreement has been reached. 

6. In the case of the 8 week course the first class will be provided free of charge to facilitate student registration and office 365 set up. Only if the package is required for the delivery of the chosen course. 

7. Classes are delivered in a contiguous manner and therefore I accept that to reap the full benefit of the course 100% attendance is encouraged.

8. I acknowledge that full payment will be required for all classes in the course regardless of attendance. However, should a student be unable to attend every effort will be made to facilitate them in another group. 

9. In the case of the 8 week course I understand no classes will be given during bank holidays or school holidays unless a prior arrangement has been made.
